The HypaCover Sterile Dressing is a high quality wound dressing designed to satisfy NHS standards and HSE first aid recommendations. They come individually packaged in sterile flow wrap outers, making them ideal for stocking first aid kits. These dressings are also required components of BS 8599-1 and BS8599-2 kits.
The dressing consists of a strong, stretchy bandage holding an absorbent pad in place — the unmedicated non-stick pad cushions the wound and absorbs any fluids. The stretchy material of the bandage allows it to fit to difficult areas of the body, and provides full range of motion when utilised on joints.
