Product Description e.l.f. Cosmetics waterproof liquid eyeliner pen easily creates thin or thick lines with intense colour. The quick-dry smudge-proof liquid eyeliner formula instantly enhances the lash line with long-lasting colour. The felt tip pen applies colour smoothly without smudging, feathering or running for complete precision. Ingredients Water (Aqua), Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Laureth-20, Acrylates Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), PPG-2 Butyl Ether, PPG-2 Methyl Ether, Propylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol Butyl Ether, Disodium EDTA. MAY CONTAIN: DC Black 2 (CI 77266). Directions 1. Remove the cap from the eyeliner pen. 2. Hold the pen horizontally and gently shake it to ensure the liquid formula reaches the tip. 3. Starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a line along your eyelid using light pressure. 4. For a thicker line, apply more pressure or go over the line again. 5.
