The Festool PSC 500 EB Basic Set 18V Brushless Pendulum Jigsaw is a powerful, precise and exceptionally versatile professional saw designed to tackle everything from substantial timber sections to intricate curves and accurate angled cuts.

With a maximum cutting depth of 120mm in wood, it combines cordless freedom with the performance required for demanding carpentry, joinery, kitchen fitting and interior installation work.

At the heart of the PSC 500 is Festool's efficient EC TEC motor, delivering consistent torque and excellent cutting performance even when working through large cross sections of solid timber.

The saw operates between 1,500 and 3,800 strokes per minute, while its 26mm stroke length and four stage pendulum adjustment allow performance to be adapted for fast cutting or greater precision depending on the material and application.

Accuracy is enhanced by an improved three point saw blade guidance system. Long lasting carbide guiding jaws support the blade directly above the cutting point, helping deliver precise, angle accurate results.

The adjustable table enables angled cuts and locks securely at 0° for dependable 90° cutting. Festool's splinterguard further improves finish quality by minimising splintering on both sides of the workpiece, reducing the need for additional finishing.

Visibility is equally well considered. An integrated blowing function, switchable lighting and dust extraction capability help maintain a clear view of the cutting line. FastFix tool free blade changes minimise interruptions, while adjustable speed and automatic startup allow cutting performance to be matched more effectively to different materials.

The PSC 500 offers an impressive 120mm cutting capacity in wood, alongside capacities of up to 20mm in non ferrous metals and 10mm in mild steel.

This versatility makes it ideal for cutting beams, rafters, purlins, formwork, decking boards, stair treads, insulation panels and furniture components, as well as producing sink and hob cutouts, circles and curves.

Bluetooth connectivity provides access to operating data, accessories and compatible extractor control through the Festool App.
