The Festool TXS 18 18V Brushless Drill Driver  combines impressive power with an exceptionally compact and lightweight design, making it an ideal everyday drilling and screwdriving solution for professional tradespeople.

Its classic T shaped configuration provides comfortable handling and keeps the tool close to the workpiece, while its compact proportions make working inside cabinets, confined spaces and awkward corners considerably easier.

Powered by Festool's efficient brushless EC TEC motor, the TXS 18 delivers up to 40Nm maximum torque in steel and 22Nm in wood. Its two speed gearbox provides no load speeds of 0 to 470rpm and 0 to 1,600rpm, while 13 torque settings and electronic torque shut off provide excellent control when completing precision fastening applications.

Despite weighing only 0.70kg without accessories, the TXS 18 delivers impressive drilling and fastening capabilities. It can drill holes up to 35mm in wood using Forstner bits and up to 10mm in steel, while also driving screws measuring up to 6 x 240mm into wood.

This excellent power to weight balance makes it particularly useful for furniture assembly, kitchen fitting, interior finishing, façade installation and general drilling and screwdriving applications.

Festool's FastFix interface provides outstanding versatility by allowing compatible attachments to be changed quickly without tools. The TXS 18 supports the attachments from Festool's current 18V cordless screwdriver range, enabling the machine to be configured for conventional drilling, screwdriving, angular applications, close to edge fastening and depth controlled screwdriving.

Both a CENTROTEC tool chuck and BF-FX 10 keyless chuck are included, increasing its versatility straight from the Systainer³.

The Festool WH-CE CENTROTEC Tool Chuck is a compact, lightweight and highly efficient quick change accessory designed to make everyday drilling and screwdriving faster and more convenient. Combining the functions of a drill chuck and bit holder in one streamlined design, it allows professionals to switch rapidly between compatible CENTROTEC accessories while reducing the overall size and weight of their drilling setup.

Practical features include an integrated magnetic bit holder, reversible belt clip and LED work light for improved visibility in darker areas.

When paired with a compatible Bluetooth battery, additional functions can be configured through the Festool App, including lighting settings and left handed operation.
