Gardena 18980-28 Basic Freestanding 20m Orange Manual Hose Reel Set

The GARDENA Basic Hose Reel Set 20m is a compact, lightweight and ready-to-use watering solution designed to make everyday garden maintenance simple and convenient.

Supplied complete with a 20m Basic Hose and essential GARDENA fittings, it provides everything needed for watering plants, lawns and borders as well as tackling everyday outdoor cleaning tasks.

The included Basic Hose measures 20m long with a 13mm or 1/2 inch diameter, providing useful reach around the garden while remaining easy to manage and store. Designed for pressures up to a 20 bar burst pressure, the hose combines practical everyday performance with the convenience of the Original GARDENA System.

Everything required to get started is included. Alongside the hose and reel, the set contains a Tap Connector with adapter, two Basic Hose Connectors, a Basic Water Stop and a Basic Nozzle. The Tap Connector and adapter accommodate water taps with 21mm G 1/2 inch and 26.5mm G 3/4 inch threads, providing excellent compatibility with common garden taps.

The supplied Basic Nozzle features a fully adjustable spray pattern, allowing the water output to be changed from a gentle fine mist through to a powerful hard jet. This makes it easy to switch between delicate plant watering and more intensive cleaning applications.

Convenience continues with the Basic Water Stop, which automatically stops water flow when an attachment is disconnected. Connect another compatible attachment and the water can flow again, making accessory changes quick and straightforward.

An Anti-Splash Tap Connector supports splash-free operation at the tap, while specially shaped clamp nuts provide a secure connection between the fittings and hose.

After use, the large crank handle makes rewinding straightforward, keeping the 20m hose neatly contained on the reel. Its compact construction provides a firm stand while allowing space-saving storage, and an integrated carrying handle makes transportation around the garden easy.

Manufactured in Europe, the GARDENA Basic Hose Reel Set offers a complete, portable and user-friendly solution for convenient garden watering and cleaning.
