KNIPEX 48 11 J3 225mm Precision Circlip Pliers

The KNIPEX 48 11 J3 Precision Circlip Pliers are designed for installing and removing internal circlips in bore holes, providing the accuracy, control and durability required for regular professional use.

Suitable for bore sizes from 40-100mm, the pliers feature straight 2.3mm tips manufactured from high-density spring steel wire. The tips are positively inserted into the pliers using a cold-forming and compression process for excellent stability and a long service life.

Designed for demanding continuous use, the inserted tips can provide up to 10 times longer service life than conventional turned tips. Large contact surfaces behind the tips help grip the circlip securely while reducing the risk of distortion during installation or removal.

The precision bolted joint provides smooth, zero-backlash operation, giving you greater control over the force applied to the circlip. This accurate movement is particularly useful when working in restricted areas where controlled handling is essential.

Manufactured from chrome vanadium electric steel, the pliers are oil-hardened and tempered for lasting strength. The grey atramentised finish helps protect the tool, while the finely ground head provides the quality expected from KNIPEX precision pliers.
