KNIPEX 49 11 A3 225mm Precision Circlip Pliers

The KNIPEX 49 11 A3 Precision Circlip Pliers are designed for installing and removing external circlips on shafts from 40 to 100mm in diameter.

Built for demanding professional use, the pliers feature permanently inserted straight tips manufactured from high-density spring steel. The 2.3mm tips provide a secure connection with the mounting holes of the circlip for accurate positioning during installation and removal.

Large contact surfaces behind the tips help securely retain the circlip while reducing distortion. This makes fitting easier and helps prevent circlips from slipping or flying away while under tension.

The inserted tip construction provides excellent durability during continuous use, offering up to 10 times longer service life compared with conventional turned tips.
