The KNIPEX 85 51 250 A 250mm Spring Hose Clamp Pliers are designed for opening, holding and positioning a wide range of spring hose clamps, making them ideal for automotive servicing, maintenance and other applications where access can be restricted.

Rotating universal grip inserts allow the pliers to securely grip clamps from different working angles. The inserts can also rotate while under load, making awkwardly positioned clamps inside engine bays considerably easier to reach and control.

KNIPEX QuickSet adjustment lets you position the upper jaw against the clamp and slide the lower jaw directly into place. With 25 adjustment positions, you can quickly adapt the pliers to different clamp sizes without repeatedly opening and closing the handles.

Suitable for standard clamps, space-saving clamps, spring wire hose clamps and spring band clamps, the pliers offer a maximum capacity of 70mm and more than 40mm of clamping range. High leverage from the 250mm handles helps larger clamps to be opened and held with reduced effort.

The slim head design improves accessibility in confined areas, while an additional serrated jaw can be used to gently loosen hoses that have become stuck to their fittings.

Manufactured from forged, oil-hardened chrome vanadium electric steel, the pliers feature a grey atramentized finish and non-slip plastic-coated handles for secure handling during regular professional use.
