KNIPEX 99 14 300 300mm High Leverage Concreters Nipper

The KNIPEX 99 14 300 High Leverage Concreters Nipper is designed for tying concrete reinforcing steel using binding wire, combining powerful leverage with an extra-slim profile for reaching deeply mounted steel rods.

The high-leverage joint provides an optimised transmission of force, requiring around 25% less effort than conventional concreters' nippers of the same size. This helps reduce strain when repeatedly working with thicker binding wire.

Designed to twist and cut binding wire in a single operation, the nipper helps make repetitive reinforcement work faster and more efficient on site.

High damping at the end of the cutting stroke helps reduce the shock transmitted through the tool once the wire has been cut, reducing strain on the user's tendons and muscles during prolonged use.

The precision cutting edges handle medium-hard wire up to 3.8mm in diameter and hard wire up to 2.0mm in diameter, providing plenty of capacity for demanding tying and cutting applications.

For long-lasting performance, the cutting edges are additionally hardened to approximately 61 HRC. The pliers are manufactured from high-grade special tool steel, forged and oil hardened in multiple stages for strength and durability.

Finished with bright zinc plating and manufactured to DIN ISO 9242, these 300mm concreters' nippers are built for demanding professional reinforcement, construction and concrete work.
