Metabo BS 200 Plus Combi Bench Grinder - 240V

The Metabo BS 200 Plus Combi Bench Grinder is a versatile 240V workshop machine combining a grinding wheel and sanding belt for working with both wood and metal.

Powered by a 600W motor with a no-load speed of 2,980rpm, the BS 200 Plus is built for sanding, grinding, sharpening, deburring and removing rust from steel and other metals. The combination design gives you two working systems in one compact bench-mounted machine.

The 200 x 25mm grinding wheel provides a solid working surface for sharpening, shaping and general grinding, while the 50mm wide belt sanding arm gives you greater flexibility for sanding and finishing larger surfaces.

The large 480mm belt sanding arm can be continuously tilted through 90°, allowing you to adjust the working position to suit the job. You can work across the large flat sanding surface or use the curved section of the sanding arm for shaping and finishing different profiles.

Changing the sanding belt is quick and straightforward, with tool-free belt replacement after opening the cover. Tool-free pitch adjustment also makes setting up the sanding arm easier when switching between different jobs.

An integrated LED work light illuminates the working area, helping you clearly see the material while carrying out more detailed grinding, sharpening and sanding work.

The belt sanding arm features a 33mm extraction connection for attaching compatible dust extraction equipment, helping reduce airborne debris and keep the surrounding workshop cleaner.

A rubberised drive wheel with integrated grooves helps dissipate heat during sanding, while high-quality mounting flanges promote smooth running and help support a long working life from the grinding disc.
