Metabo KGS 305 M Electric Mitre Saw - 110V

The Metabo KGS 305 M Electric Mitre Saw is a powerful 110V sliding mitre saw designed for accurate crosscuts, mitre cuts and bevel cuts across larger timber and workpieces.

Its large 305mm blade and powerful universal motor provide an impressive maximum cutting capacity of 305 x 110mm at 90°, giving you plenty of capacity for larger timber, boards and general construction work. At 45°/45°, the saw still delivers a substantial 215 x 67mm cutting capacity.

Metabo's Precision Cut Line technology uses a cleverly positioned LED to cast an accurate shadow of the blade onto your workpiece. This gives you a clear cutting reference without needing to constantly readjust a traditional laser guide.

For angled work, the turntable adjusts up to 50° to the left and 60° to the right, with stop points for quickly selecting commonly used angles. The blade can also tilt up to 47° in either direction, providing plenty of flexibility for double-bevel cutting.

The extendable table supports provide extra support for longer materials and can be removed and repositioned beneath particularly long workpieces when required.

A quick-action material clamp securely holds your workpiece from either the top or front, while the integrated depth guide makes creating grooves and controlled partial-depth cuts straightforward.

Effective dust extraction is provided through an integrated dust scoop and supplied chip collection bag, helping control sawdust around the cutting area.

Soft start helps reduce stress on the motor and drive during startup, while the robust die-cast aluminium construction is designed to withstand regular site and workshop use.

Despite its substantial cutting capacity, the saw weighs 18.6kg and features ergonomic carrying areas for one or two-handed transportation between jobs.
