Pour your usual amount of shampoo or conditioner* into your hand and add 1-4 pumps depending on the level of toning and length/thickness of your hair. Shampoo will require more pumps than conditioner to achieve the same results and longer/thicker hair will require more pumps to evenly distribute. 2. Mix together in your hands until all shampoo and conditioner* is thoroughly combined. This will ensure a more even coverage 3. Apply shampoo/conditioner as a normal and leave on hair for 1-5 minutes, for more intense result leave on for 5 minutes 4. Wash hands immediately in shower when all product is washed from hair to avoid any staining 5. Step out of the shower and enjoy your day with your new look achieved. * You can choose whether you add this to your usual shampoo or conditioner.
