This soft, easy-to-blend pencil takes seconds to apply and gives you instantly glamorous eyes. Formula The ultra soft pencil is gentle on eyes but firm enough to create an eye-defining shape. Make-up Artist Tips To apply to lids, look down and gently stretch your outer eye area with your index finger. Apply using soft strokes along your lash line. Pair the kohl eyeliner with mascara for perfectly defined eyes. You can also use it over an eye shadow for a soft look, or underneath to deepen the shadow colour. Blend using a cotton bud or liner brush for a softer or smokier finish.
